Running this programme with increasing costs and no government support of any kind is difficult. You may be
surprised to know that I approached the State Government of Victoria and some other educational bodies to be listed in any resource publicity they sent out to schools - they refused. The then
Head of the Education Ministry of Victoria
said to me “you could make application, but frankly you are wasting your time.” Contacts since that time have done nothing to change that perspective.
Even colleges and universities
running teacher training courses would not list me as a resource for their students and graduates when they are employed in schools without payment of a prohibitive fee.
